Its staff addresses the full range of design and contracting services, offering clients a centralized source of responsibility for all aspects of project design and supervision. John Ciardullo Associates’ “Multi-Disciplined” capabilities enable it to offer the client a complete range of planning, architectural, engineering and specialty services. In most projects the firm has provided complete design services from planning studies, programming, site planning, architectural design, structural design, pool filtration design, civil and landscape design, interior design including lighting and acoustic design as well as graphic design. John Ciardullo Associates works to develop all functional, spatial, structural,mechanical and electrical relationships to assure that all desired client requirements are accomplished. Upon completion of site investigations and an approved program from the client, the firm provides complete design services. Development of architectural, landscape, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical plans and specifications for building and site begin the process.
